Summary of Building Experience:

Nathaniel and Adri have a goal to own their own home completely debt free in 10 years. Their sweat equity is the main reason they decided to build their own home. In two years, the Longstreets plan to build again and sell their current one. They will take the equity from their first home and put it into their next one, continuing the process until they own their 4th or 5th home completely debt free, by the age of 36!

This young couple is on the right track with their goals to be debt free in ten years. Their home is located in a neighborhood that has excellent resale value. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage it is highly unlikely they will have any problems reselling their home and fulfilling their financial goals.

Their were no major hang-ups during the construction of this home. Nathaniel had plenty of friends and family to help him throughout the process. He finished the construction a couple months before his wedding and was able to move his bride into a brand new home.
